Dog house training using the paper method is as simple as two easy steps. All you need is a little patience and plenty of newspaper to go around. Below is a simple 2-step method of dog training using the paper method:

• Place your puppy in an easy-to-clean room and cover the floor with newspaper. Your dog may develop a preference to go potty in one particular area. When this happens, remove the paper from the rest of the floor area. You can then gradually move this paper closer and closer to the door.

• Eventually, you can then place the paper area right outside your door for a few days. One day, remove the paper totally when outside and praise your dog when it starts to go to the bathroom outside where the paper was once located.
